Gm roaming and asking random players if they are bots

Just as it says I was asked if I was a bot thank god i was right there and answered no but i have a feeling they have the questbot paths and are roaming high pop servers catching people that way. I then told another person who i know was botting due to him following my path that there was a gm running in the area and he reported me for harrasment and then logged. Is there a way to get his ip banned i think when he said he reported me he will get them to take a look at me and the chat and i will be banned? I dont know what to do and i just spent alot of money to buy another account plus boost so i dont want to loose it due to another botter being a asshole.
 
Proof on it was a GM?
seen lots of random players ask that.

You seem way to paranoid. There's nothing mentioned in your post that suggests it actually was a GM.

Also it is generally a good idea not to talk to anyone when you are botting unless they start chatting to you. Especially not a good idea to warn other people that you were nearly caught botting...

Dont wanna disappoint you, but GMs are not hanging ingame since 7-8 years ago.

And no, they are neither roaming around asking here and there if player is a bot.

I have at least 10 people in my ingame friend list, which if anyone, including GM ask them in english if they are bots, they would never answer, due to the simple reason they do not speak English.
 
Ok so it must of been a player either way someone is running around as a bot or wasa bot at one point reporting others that follow a certain path my suggestion is run some quest by hand or dungeon grind either way im sure i got reported and will not be botting after my ban.
 
I have the names of both saved to my friends list is there a way to track there HB key by chance or no?

Indeed naming and shaming is not acceptable here. Plus such information is private, and I really doubt anyone store characters names here.

So just face it - this is one of the sad aspects of the botting - botters reporting botters :(
 
If it is a GM it has a little blizzard symbol next to his name that no regular player can replicate. If you are going to bot educate yourself some more so you don't have to go through this type of thing.
