Hey, i just botted while playing another game. When i went back to wow after an hour or so, the bot had killed like 10 mobs. I use to kill ~300mobs/h with the same profile and settings. I thought it could be run in background without any problems?

The log was filled with this during the period:
Code:

did you played a steam game? if so the gameoverlay of any steamgame makes it impossible for the bot to run

Not sure what you mean by 'background'. You may not minimize the WoWclient window--Windoze fails to deliver all the events it should if you do that.

If you run another game, that game must also be windowed--you cannot run it in 'full screen' mode either, otherwise Windoze fails to deliver all the events it should.

cheers,

Ah, well i run my wow in windowed mode and simply started the other game, not sure if wow gets "minimized" then?

That's interesting because all the other games I play while botting are all steam games. Assassin's creed 2 , Fallout New Vegas, Mass Effect 2 etc...Lately been playing plants vs zombies a lot though :)
Before playing other game though, I set graphic settings in WoW to minimum and make it run in non full screen windowed.
