leveling a new char need help

hey guys

im leveling a new char and was wondering whats fastest for leveling a character when I only have access to 1 account? running random dungeons as a healer for faster queue times? or just questing? thanks in advance

Druid. Get Account Gear.
Feral for questing,
Then que as Tank/Heal for dungeon farm.

The fastest class would probably be a death knight. Starts at level 55 and it's got great sustain, so if you're looking to reach Max level then this would be the best choice.
Blood spec questing is really fast.

Also healing dungeons can work due to shorter que times. Any healer can do normal dungeons and have short que times.

Personally I've always found questing to be quicker when using 1 account.
