ADMINS can we can an update on what is going on? you wonder why people get frustrated with the patches is because you give us nothing between your usual copy and paste page telling us that theres a new update and when you eventually get the patch out either really soon or a couple of days later. let your customers know what is happening, how you are travelling and if you can, a rough eta. Not hard to keep people up to date, if you can go through and close threads and make other comments theres no reason you cant give people who pay you for your product a little bit of an update. Would take you less than a minute just to keep everyone happy. Not having a go at you because this is a great product and we all understand blizz craps out updates constantly but you give us nothing then expect people to be unhappy. Customer service is half the sale.

my god you people are stupider than the bots you use. my first point stands, its not hard to keep fans and customers updated with what is happening. even if they are as thick and simple minded as the ones who have replied to my posts.
 
why can people here NOT F&%#N READ??? YOU people i said YOU people are stupider than your bots, pertaining to the people who have replied to my posts. Yes that includes you Rezlin, no i did not reply to myself. you know your dealing with utter stupidity when you have to explain in detail to the person an insult you just gave them.
 
the reason why it takes longer than other bots is because honorbuddy cares about his people and they test the bot enough before releasing it.
if they didn't test it the bans would be waaaay higher (and also the support posts)

You fail to read, so I guess he's on to something.

And really, when people come up with "code your own shit", you are asking to be called stupid.
Remember HB is a paid product, and the userbase has increased, so it's normal for customers wanting to have some kind of update, any update, especially if they are on the sideline, wondering if they should sign up to that raid tonight.
 
You know if you actually checked the sticky you would see they have gave an update... Also settle down I know what you meant, stop being troll bait.

i agree and completely understand that its not going to happen instantly and that is not an issue! all i was trying to get across before people who read 3 words and write a stupid reply was that everyone would be happy if we were to get an update as they progress. doesnt have to be big but they leave us completely in the dark from when they tell everyone they know about the patch to when they fix it leaving everyone to write and complain. if they took the 30 seconds it takes to write us an update people wouldbe much happier knowing they are making progress and doing the best they can for us :)
