How do I go about using multiple keys with Archebuddy?

I've bought 2 keys, on the second log in attempt, it always says failed? I don't understand. Can someone please explain this to me?

Update:

I go back into my email and it shows that both keys are lifetime, yet one doesn't authenticate. What's up with this???

Yes Out - I have. I don't know why but it isn't authenticating. I've checked both codes, of which they say that it's active. I don't understand. I tried emailing the webmasters and they just say add the log file to the support forum? Where is that and how do I add a log file?

Why does it take so fucking long around here to get someone to do something to help me? I've paid money for this and nothing has been done. Is anyone out there that can help me????

1 code works, the other doesn't. They are both lifetime. someone help me.

You said they were both listed as active yeah? Did you try testing them one at a time? Think its says there is specific way to list the codes in there did you follow those instructions?
