Thanks for the reply. I did e-mail support and my key is now marked as "fraudulent". I shared a 3-session key with my wife. I found out, today, that she requested a PayPal chargeback when she found out she could no longer bot in arena. I couldn't care less, since I don't play arena, but I want to be able to use my key.
So, I keep trying to purchase a new key with various e-mail addresses and payments methods from two different locations and the payments keep getting denied. I let Joro in support know that I would pay with a debit card (so the purchase cannot be charged-back). I'm just waiting to hear back.
Am I blacklisted from Honorbuddy forever or is there hope?
