No Profile Creation Tools???

It is really disappointing to see that there are still no plugins or other application that would allow for creating profiles for Demonbuddy. The bot has been out for over three years now, but we are still stuck in the stone age as far as creating profiles goes. Writing profiles using notepad is extremely tedious at best. I know the buddy team works hard at maintaining Demonbuddy, but it seems that this is an issue that really should have been address a long time ago. Creating a profile for DB is extremely frustrating and as a result there are almost no working profiles anymore.
 
I love working with NotePad like applications. There are a lot out there. Notepad++ for example. Or my favorite SublimeText3
There is 1 big advantage in using a standard editor. If the bot is down, you still can edit your profiles.
There are other bots out with build in editors. but if the bot is down, you dont have a chance to work on your profiles.
 
Notepad is good for tweaking the profiles, but there should be a plugin or something (especially three years in) that would let you simply click on UI objects and portals, move here, use this, open that, explore area, interact with NPC or whatever and generate a basic profile.

I shouldn't have to, this really is something that should have been included from the start. I am no expert at creating profiles, but I have done a few. But it was an extremely tedious process because there are really no tools available, trinity helps, but you still have to dig though pages and pages of information to find actor ID's and stuff like that. it really sucks, and that is why nobody is really creating any profiles. Look in the profile section. How many of what is there actually work? Maybe 5? All for basic rifting or act4 bounties. That's pretty much it.
 
would be awesome if there is such a tool to create small profiles for outselves.

True, but there is a school of thought that these are some of the basic needs for botting success, and thus tend to be the core updated profiles.

I agree that it would be nice to have a more visual or intuitive way to create profiles.

Does any Dev know if such a plugin even feasible with the current iteration of DB?
