We'll probably include a launcher with BW to simplify this a little.

I was about to buy it... so its broken again ?

No - it works better than ever.

Since update last evening the bot have been running more stable (for me personally) than I have ever seen - running combat bot for questing, in flashpoints and running daily quest profiles.

I can only recommend it with high praise!

So just a troll then....

You almost fooled me.

No I'm not making a joke with you...! :-(

It works - Click my profile, and read what I have asked and posted in the BW forum, that should give you an idea if I'm trying to pull a fast one on you.

Currently I'm leveling 1 of each class to 60 with class quest profiles only (as far as they go), and from there on I use a combat profile, and just run to the quest area and click stuff and let the bot kill stuff ...easy as hell.

I will be demanding my money back - i just bought it and it dosnt work.

You are wrong.

It works if you follow the advice found on the forum here.

dont read posts that are 2-3 years old, but read remarks that are recent.

For the game and bot crashing - please read what ppl have posted in the thread about the new version for the latest patch for swtor... A few ppl had problems (me incl.) but a workaround was quickly found for the current version, and they will PROBABLY fix it soon in a new release so you dont need the workaround.

I have checked all of the advice - I have run everything as administrator - I have installed all versions of .net and I have installed all C++. It dosn't work. If you know how to make it work - please advise us!

In that case... Sorry.

i'll take a look.

[13:42:14.948 N] SW:TOR Process exited. Uh oh...

The game client closes after logging in and before I could press the start button on buddywing.

I ran a quick "test" on all my toons which consists of just about each and every class available in game, and it works well EXCEPT for 100% crash rate when trying to access taxis or elevators now. Previously it was more or less a 10% crash rate when trying to access taxis and very rarely it would crash trying to access elevators (wonkavators) :)

Example:
<cut>
User is a Knight
[14:56:44.608 N] Advanced Class: Sentinel / Discipline: Combat
[14:56:44.608 V] Routine Path: Routines
[14:56:45.116 D] Reloading AssemblyLoader<Buddy.CommonBot.ICombat> - Initializing
[14:56:45.620 N] Medpac Created!
[14:56:45.621 D] Reloading AssemblyLoader<Buddy.CommonBot.ICombat> - RoutineManager.Reload !THROTTLED!
[14:56:45.621 D] Routines were reloaded. New routine list:
[14:56:45.622 D] DefaultCombat v0.0.0.0
[14:56:45.627 N] [DefaultCombat] Level: 57
[14:56:45.627 N] [DefaultCombat] Class: Knight
[14:56:45.627 N] [DefaultCombat] Advanced Class: Sentinel
<cut>
[14:57:39.855 D] [UseTransport] Stopping movement.
[14:57:40.868 D] [UseTransport] Interacting with Elevator
[14:57:42.384 N] Taking Wonkavator to Sentinel Outpost Level 1
[14:57:44.329 N] SW:TOR Process exited. Uh oh...

What I did....

BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING...Run the Buddywizard to be 100% sure that you have the required software.

1) Delete all old BW data (routines and all, but not profiles - I keep those in a folder one their own).
2) Download newest version of BW
3) Extract BW to new CLEAN folder
4) Create shortcut to desktop
5) Edit shortcut and add -noveh -nolazy in front of the exe-file (after the ""-marks) - VERY IMPORTANT STEP FOR ME OTHERWISE IT CRASHED - //I see post of ppl that have the problem IF they do this, so test it//
6) Run Swtor in Admin mode - log in to the character
7) Make sure your swtor is running in English language
8) Make sure your are running GFX in "WINDOWED" mode
9) Enable AUTO-LOOTING in settings
10) Run BW in Admin mode
11) Voila ... I can run combat bot and questing profiles without crashes etc. (note: Questing profiles on forum are very outdated, so you need to help the bot along once in a while).

IMPORTANT: My Norton AV grabbed alot of the files in quarantine - which I had to tell it to undo, and Windows warned me not to run program, but ofc say yes to that.

DO NOT:

*Install any other combat routines ...from what I read they are not supported or updated frequently anymore...USE DEFAULT!

I hope that this will help all or some of you...if it doesnt - I suggest you post a log file in the support forum or submit a ticket to the support team.

I wish you ALL a wonderful and pleasant evening of botting! :-)

Best Regards,
Michael

the pure routines that i have fixed work fine

Ok, but what I see from official Buddy staff is that it is not supported, and they recommend using default which is supported, so I just wanted to rule out that it was routine issues :-)
