HB wont open...

it seems its going to open, but it doesn't... i don't know why it worked after a clean install (i did several) but now it wont work again...

i cant find a log cause it doesn't open

i have Norton 360, tried disabling Auto-Protect and Firewall, but it still wont load

I am having the same problem funnily, only recently, One i press the key and it starts loading it closes itself. Done full fresh clean and checked anti virus nothing stopping it.

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.

I used to have had the same problem, i opened it and it crashed right away, no log at all (the software crashed before I was able to key-in the code), just uninstall and reinstall it, this worked for me.
