Won't attach yet again.

Bot will not attach again. No antivirus, cleared settings / cache, ran both repair and hb as admin. tried with launcher and standalone

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Removed 2010 version. Did not have 2012 version installed. Followed the rest of the steps, double checked everything was installed properly, and now hb won't even open. I click the exe, and my cpu asks me if I want to run this program ( like it always does ) I hit yes, then nothing happens.

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"

if you still have problems then i need an honorbuddy log.
if you would, please post a full log as an attachment so we can see whats going on.

Redid all the above steps, but added in the hb installer ( from buddystore ) using it to uninstall, then reinstall hb. Bot seems to be working fine now. attached no problem. Will let you know if the problem arises again. Thank you both very much

wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.

It was running in 32bit, also, just a comment, but how am I supposed to get a log when hb won't open at all. Logs are not generated if it fails to open ( I checked )

check your anti-virus that its not removing or blocking access to honorbuddy files.
reDownload the latest version of honorbuddy. http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
