I'm at a loss honorbuddy wont open

For about a week now I havent been able to get honorbuddy to work every time i click on it to open. it acts like it will then does nothing. If i had a log to give you I would, but considering that it wont even open. It wont create one.

Stuff that I've Already Tried

Set graphics in wow to x32 and restarted
tried dx9 and dx 11 mode
checked every file that is open and made sure it is not on your hot list of programs that block honorbuddy
run the buddywizard
fresh installed 9 times
restarted after each install
turned off norton completely

edit( New things I have tried while waiting for a response)

.net4.5.1 is installed
visual c ++ 2013 is installed
used the installer instead of the zip

please help!

thats why im at a loss, Ive updated and downloaded all new versions and it still does the same thing it probably says old verson because i opened it, it prompted me to update the program. and when i did it stopped opening

dl the zip file and lake a new installtion
