I did a clean install to another folder and downloaded the newest version about 1h ago.Antivirus is off ,firewall is down and this is frustrating...

Edit:I installed C++2012/2010 from BuddyWizard and Framework 4.5.1 again(after uninstalling them and restarting after ofc) disabled everything and it's still not working

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
