Journal: Post ban fresh account botting log

Good morning everyone, I've started a leveling project with the end goal of reaching level 90 (no WoD key yet) while using the bot. Here's the details:

PC Type: Alienware 17 Laptop, 16 GB RAM, 2 500 GB SSD's

HB Version: HB-2.5.14052.789

Routine being used: TuanHAHunterWoD

Class: Hunter

Race: Orc, female

BOA?: None - fresh battle.net account

Click to Move Enabled?: Hells to the NO

Questing Profile: NONE - this is important. In order to test if it's safe to use CR's only.

Day 1: Started character, updated HB, updated TuanHA CR's and launched game. Leveled from 1-15 in about an hour (a little over). It is worth noting that I have no Heirlooms, no gold, and no bags, so this is as fresh as it gets. I use Enyo with Click to Move disabled. Tick rate is 20. So far so good. I'll be back on tonight from 8 - 12 and should level rather quickly.

Appreciate what you're doing. Wouldn't mind someone documenting a levelup with Kick's in the same fashion. Because, I've been using it nonstop, AFK, no ban. Druid -> 67 DK -> 72 and Rogue -> 77 and counting...

Im curios to know how the profiles go without CTM on. Every time I try it the bot gets stuck unless I click on an NPC

He's not using any questing profiles or anything with automated movement.

I appreciate this a lot OP extremely helpful to the community who just uses cr's such as my self.

I just started a troll hunter on dentarg. Been botting it for about 12 hours, at lvl 24 now. I am using Kick's with no ban so far.

Post ban account bought the day after Banwave battlechest(90/MoP)

Used kicks from level 1 to 90 since the day HB came back up online. 4 to 12 hours a day depending. Minimal monitoring. Set up a different chat window that I monitor for /says /whispers /yells. Not linked to any account. Botting from an IP where I had an account received it's first action on(6 month ban from the wave).

US servers, Normal realm(nonpvp).

Notes: I have had a few stucks, managed to make about 8k or so without much effort. Just hearth back to auction 200 stack cloth or anything I know that'd net a quick buck. No actual played time on the account or interaction with other players besides doing Dungeon finder from 59 to 60 I think due to some stucks and questing bugs prior to going to outlands.

Pretty simple. If your bot is being stupid with kicks and missing things and you don't want or have the time to complete some quests its stuck on. Just throw him in Dungeon finder temporarely(although I do note that I would be careful about dungeon finder right now because you never know who will want to report you if they feel like it, best to semi pay attention if you head that route).

Going to pause and hold off to see if a new wave is coming prior to 6.2. If not I'll pick up a WoD key(strongly advise in NOT attaching any similar paypal/payment info that you've used with another account that has been banned or suspended) Just purchase game time cards third party etc.

laptops are build for short usage and not on heavy load.
I think it's a kind of an gaming laptop and those are better for heavy load and got better with dealing stress and heat. they aren't good with dealing dust.
so if you don't clean them once every 3 months you could kill it (i'm an expert with killing laptops with botting )

As with any PC. You should download an app like Speedfan or anything to monitor your CPU/GPU/RAM/HD temps. Easiest way to see if you have a problem with potentially overheating. For laptops with a dedicated GPU in it(as in a mobile GPU card that is not integrated to the motherboard). You should make sure to clean the fan intakes regularly and keep it somewhere with enough access for air intake(IE keep it elevated on a laptop stand(or elevate it yourself using things like decks of cards, dip cans, or anything else you can improvise).

that or just buy a PC they are a hell of a lot cheaper than a gaming laptop like a dellware but if you play with a laptop because it is easier for you more power to you but this thread is getting off topic. good on you man for starting this i would like to see how it go's and it has made me decide to get a battle chest and see how it go's (get a farming account running again) i am running kicks as i don't feel like leveling a toon i will just monitor it while watching netflix on the other monitor but it has been running strong for about a hour now with no getting stuck fingers crossed it all go's well

Day 1: 7 hours 19 minutes of mostly constant play.

It's worth mentioning that I've also disabled any overlays that Enyo or HB has. I don't recall any from HB directly, but Enyo has one. Just another variable for you.

I also made sure that if I had to leave my office I stopped the bot, so a normal AFK cycle would take place. Sometimes I would have timed out to the character selection screen. (Would be a nice thing to add to the Tramper Randomize plugin)

Absolutely no issues with the CR - again I've been using TuanHA Hunter WoD - I am not using Singular, just to test yet another variable.

Tomorrows goal (only have 2-3 hours to play tomorrow) is to reach 45. No BOAs is a kick in the nuts... If I receive an email or the account is suspended I'll immediately upload my logs and email for review.

As for my Alienware - I kinda foresaw this argument. So here it is:

I own a technology company building intricate database systems for large scale logistics and remote data capturing. Doing so means compiling massive server backups, virtual machines testing apps, etc etc... My IT guy and I are sticklers for deals so we keep an eye on Ebay and Slickdeals. One afternoon these Alienwares popped up on Ebay, 19 total, was apparently an earlier version of the 17, but hey - it's got everything we needed for doing our jobs, and keeping us "busy". Plus, at ~$2100 (I think, cant remember for sure) they were a steal already loaded with the SSDs.

It actually came in very handy - those Chinese sons of b*tches broke into our production server, just like at Home Depot and Target, and when they didn't find what they wanted they nuked our boot file. Server ran great until we rebooted... f*ck me... nearly 24 hours later, and after countless hours of Linux Geek Rescue we were able to recover the files needed. Lessons learned, and thanks to the laptop, which still took 9 hours to rebuild the database, we were able to finish at the lovely hour of 4:30 AM.

Anyhow - hope you enjoyed the story. All true. Was one hell of a day. So yea, I'm fond of my laptop and its horse power, because you cant carry a full size tower on your back... wait, isn't there some picture out there on iFunny or something of a guy with one in a back pack, boards on shoulders, and a display box balancing out the front?

I have a Sager NP9170 loaded with an Intel i7, 16GB of RAM, and a 7970M overclocked to 950MHz/1450MHz running solid at 69 degrees celcius.

Its quite a valid point, indeed.

I do recommend running a freeware like Core Temp, which place nice temp indicator in the windows taskbar near the clock. So if you notice unusual rise in the CPU temp, it is time for cleaning

I have used Coretemp for several years. It saved me when my case fans went out...

I didn't knew what I was doing so I burned me laptop

Seriously? So that I can get better performance (higher FPS on higher settings) out of components without paying for new and more expensive hardware, or better performance than the newest hardware offers. If my temperatures stay safe, I'm not losing anything.

That statement really has me doubting your credibility as a PC/Laptop enthusiast... :/
