Error report with HB.

I have an error report on HB henever I try to load my paladin... But only paladin no other toon.
It says:
Hexadecimal value 0x00 is an invalid character. Line 1. position 1.

please help me!

how do I get it in to notepad to change the settings i know how to get in but how do i get the changes into it?

Can u walk me through on how to change it it wont even let me in honorbuddy and it says that error

make a new installation from scratch and use another profile
use the new release
