Invalid Key

Just purchased the trial, I'm getting invalid key when attempting to login w/ the trial key.

Hi, Xdanelliott,

Create an account on the Authentication server (must use the same email address you used to purchase the key), and retrieve the key that way. You can find the instruction for success with this task here:

I already have an account with the same email, I've used this email to purchase buddy products in the past.

still, even using the key from buddyauth it doesnt work. same email

now also disconnected from honorbuddy with this error after trying to log in with new hearthbuddy key

cant use either bot... and im logged into buddy auth, looking at it right now, same keys copy/paste. why?

give it 10min then try again. double check and make sure the key is correct and your internet connection is stable.

stable connection. everything else is working: browser, wow, honorbuddy, etc... its just hearthbuddy with the new key i bought 30min ago.

this isnt hearthbuddy support. the only thing i can recommend is to log into your buddyauth account and make sure the key is still valid, and not expired or whatever. then use hearthbuddy support.

try flushing your dns

reset your host file back to default.

and try power cycling your home router.

this isnt hearthbuddy support. the only thing i can recommend is to log into your buddyauth account and make sure the key is still valid, and not expired or whatever. then use hearthbuddy support.

I believe they're encountering the same issue with hearthbuddy, it may be related with buddyauth

Hosts file has never been changed, flushed dns, Router has been powercycled as well.
