Multiple issues with honorbuddy (new release)

Hello, hope everyone is doing well today.

Firstly, I had problems installing because a few files were getting marked as mal-ware by Norton 360 so i cleared that up. Now when i attempt to launch honor buddy i get "honor buddy as stopped working" (via honorbuddy launcher) and if i try launching directly through honorbuddy.exe i get nothing.... Also i
have tried running honorbuddy from multiple paths and done a clean install 3 times now..... Running Wow/Honorbuddy both as Admin and Wow in x86.
Please help. Much appreciated :)

try to not use launcher

turn wow in 32bit and run Hb exe instead
 
As stated above, i already tried doing both of those things. When i run honorbuddy directly (skipping launcher) honorbuddy acts as if it launches but there is no follow up. It seems the program does nothing.

Seems we are the only ones having this issue.. thing we have in common is nothon, i disabled everything but still the same.
 
Update: I notice two things that seem to be acting very weird.
1) When using HB launcher, as stated before, wow launches again even if i'm already in game.
2) If i try to launch HB.exe nothing happens.

Not sure if this is any help, but I want to include as many details as possible.
 
Gotcha! I finally figured out the problem for me, it had to do with my anti-virus software. Adding HonorBuddy to the exemption list.
