Well I guess because it wasn't working before it got shut off So I wanted to get it fixed for when it comes back on....

User profile corruption, try creating a new user in windows and loading it under that.
if you get the same error then you will need to look at troubleshooting windows as anything to do with kernel is either corruption or permission based on the OS
