D3 crash when start a new game

any of the programs listed here BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki installed?

i dont use any firewall or antivirus, and all the programs are installed.
as i say, it worked well few days ago,and i dont install any new programs, just dele demonbuddy and reinstall it cause the D3 crash

since new DB update my bots also started crashing.

before db update yday they would never crash! :/

on g rifts + act 1 bounties profile
