Just sue blizzard in small claims court, send them an email today giving them your demand, if they don't comply, in 30 days submit court paper work and expect a call from blizzard a few days before trial to settle out of court, since it will cost much more money to build a defense and fly a lawyer out than to just comply with what you want.

small claims court, $500 limit, might be able to get the money out of them. Claim minimum wage for the hours /played

Would be interesting them having to decide if they want to fight a bunch of small lawsuits and risk revealing that they may have peaked into illegal areas with Warden vs just paying out

Aye, if a police officer can't get into your computer without a warrant, a company sure as hell should not be able to. However, you agreed in the ToS or EULA or whatever they call it now to allow them to scan. It may not be right, but not much can be done about it. We violated the agreement and technically they could counter sue.

Pretty sure this isn't technically true. They are only, I believe, legally allowed to use warden to scan within the WoW process. Anything outside of that would be a violation of privacy laws. I think this has been decided in court previously.

Can't take them to small claims. ToS includes an arbitration agreement which means any formal legal action will cost you quite a bit more than its worth.
I just wanted to know if I could pester them with letters like in the EU to thwart my boredom. Anyways we're up and going now so it's a moot point.
