Skill selection while leveling?

Does trinity have a skill selection while leveling? if no, how should i manage this?
This is for a barbarian.

but if i remember, it works only with skills with no rune selected. update needed.

Most people wouldn't bother. Since it takes 10 mins to get a power level. Then you don't have to worry about the crap of leveling up.

This. Get someone to take you through a few t6 normal rifts and be done with it.
