FPS drop / No AV issue

I'm facing a huge FPS drop since some weeks, not sure if since last HB update.
While questing my FPS drop to a range from 7 to 30.
Only some activities seem to cause this problem, for example while mounted everything is good, during combats too.
While walking or moving for quest items the game is stuttering.

Nope, tried also to disable my AV (NOD32) and all HB plugins.

Questing right now with 5FPS...

Disabling on line protection and all NOD32 features does not solve the problem. Have no intention obviously to remove AV from system...

You are not afraid, and imho this is not the way to support.
Argument your requests more please, you asked to remove a core component of my system, it is obvious to me that i cant take down my antivirus to run HB.
He always worked fine with NOD32 up.

what do you mean set wow on a higher priority i go from 100 fps to 30-40 when hb starts up i changed to dx9 but dont know what that other step means could you go into detail please?
