How do I set up a grinding profile?

I love this bot and have used many peoples profiles successfully.

But is there an easy way to make my own, eg. Fleece Farm Grinding? OrderUp seems to not work anymore.. what works?

This is quite outdated! The OrderUp Profile Creator for example doesnt work anymore. Is there a better plugin?
