[DH][Rift][T6] - Toon dies a lot and doesn't avoid?

Hello,

Sort of new to DB. What I did is download the rift bot profile, loaded up the game and started it. I go t6 and I have a chakram build with MS. My character dies a LOT. He doesn't avoid things really, is there anything I can do to help alleviate this?
