With Rrix's fix on rrift and trinity my barbarian just jumped into the mid 40's

45+ easy cake with 200m+ toughness.

imo immunity ammy way better than helffire, if ur dead u cant do dmg

im at 47-49 atm with 2.8 trinity rend was fixed and boosted me from 40-45.

u just need to use the right passives

Stack Allres, Vita, Life%, along with allres gems, and Taeguk for bonus defensive boost. Passives also play a part.

not at all, i even use red gem in helm, with full dps gems and passives,

just changed some runes

WoTb rune = strifing giants + 40% while ww along side with teagok the beetr ur gear gets the high ur toughness gets.

the key in this build is to keep WoTb up most of the time, and keep WW all the time, with high lvl Swiftness gem and boon of bulkathos passive + 3ik set, sometimes i overlap my Wotb

How can you overlap WotB? You have a lot of cooldown reducer?
