Gladiator Suite - Warlock

Why does the bot instant interrupt when people are using CDs? I have it set to 25-50%, but say when another lock uses DS it just interrupts their next cast instantly... extremely bottish behavior.
 
if i buy this now will i have to pay for next seasons glad suite?

It should always use the interrupt setting and so far you're the only one to report this issue so I'm not sure if there is one in general.
Can you reproduce that behavior in a duel with a friend as well?
 
I am so fortunate, to own all of the CR from Cokx and Toizi.

First season playing lock, just got my lock to 2300 in 2s, and 2400 in 3s.

Adjusted some interrupt settings, and that was all :D

Big thanks to the creators for this awesome CR.
 
I too have experienced the instant kicks, sac pet instant kick again. Got whispers calling me a bot and I have never touched interrupt settings so its still default. I have stopped playing my lock since that happened.

Yes it happens all the time. Someone pops a CD... instant interrupt, re-summon pet... instantly interrupts. It's extremely bottish behavior, I've even performed several clean installs, changed x1-x2 settings multiple times to no avail. People don't report it because most people don't give a shit if they look like a bot, nor do they even understand what's going on around them.
 
Wonder how Demo is doing with this CR, Can anyone put in any Input
 
I notice in arena this CR is great but in RBGs it seems to sit idle for times? anyone know like that AoE dmg hotkey do I use that in RBGs? or best way to config for RBGS? Also any high rated locks using this CR have any advice on settings like should I use the fake casting for cc or any, should I fear myself? also whats a good setting for the pause delay when I press a hotkey, like sometimes I hit my arena1 fear key and I have to hit it like 3 times for the cr to let me cast

Hey there, I'm not sure about rbgs as I don't do them. But for the arena part I personally turn off auto fears and do not let it fake cast. In fact, I almost never fake cast 99% of the time. Doing those two things I managed to be the top lock on glad suites and 6th highest overall out of all classes this season. So I'd give that a try.

Warlocks don't fear as much as most people think they need to do. Very rarely do they need to fear. Usually only when your healer is cc'd and they have cds up but your job is to do pure damage dot dot dot dot.

If your hotkeys are not going off you need to go to General -> Latency value adjust that and increase your short pause list time until it works. If you've increased that a lot and it still doesn't work use Hotkeys always active. But try to not use that at all, just adjust the times.

You could also make a /stop casting macro for your fears (or all abilities) which I use, but most of our abilities are instant so it doesn't help much.

I actually experienced this too. It happens a lot - I've gotten a few hate messages from it. I shrugged them off as being salty but it is annoying.
 
Any way you would be willing to post some pics of your exact settings @Cyanide, also what talents do you pref with this bot and I am guessing you mainly run WLS? Appreciate the help @Cyanide
 
Also my latency value is set at 100 but I am usually always at 20-25 ms home and world in game. I also have the short pause set to 1000, not sure if that's too long etc.

Sacing pet for double spell lock doesn't work anymore, it was hotfixed FYI
 
I would be willing to buy it I would like to know how the specialization for pvp and pve for and if you are comfortable with the basic settings
