I am forever stuck on this - if I wait 5 mins, sometimes it works. Other times it freezes and I have to restart.

I've tried absolutely everything. This is where I am at:

1) Delete all of HB
2) Clean install
3) Cold start
4) Disable all streaming products

It sits on the below for MINIMUM 5 mins and does this:

Can't be anything to do with WOW either as it's happening regardless of if have wow started or not.

- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

This successfully fixed my issue. I had I think 6 versions of Microsoft Visual installed (not sure how).

Thanks for your help - close thread if necessary. May be worth adding 'uninstall .net framework and visual c++' to the Wiki.
