its been a couple month and i thought this problem would go away if i waited, but im still having authentication problems. I am copying and pasting my key from buddy auth but HB keeps claiming its invaid. My key still says its active until 2022 so i dont get whats wrong. can someone please help?
i paid for the product, and i want to be able to use it. i can PM and admin my key for them to check as well. is it possible for me to exchange my key for one that is working? Let me know thank you
Btw i did try to open as admin, and this is a new install.
