Don't use the beta release. Beta release is ONLY for 2.0 (Act 4) release work, it will not work until 2.0 is out or, possibly, you are testing 2.0 beta.

Now it's crashing.

need more log. If that is all the log then.. um.. yeah.. reinstall of EB into a new directory, try running that. If it works, then perhaps a broken plugin.

Have you had EB working at all? If not then you likely have a dependency problem, install the following:

Yeah, I used the BuddyWizard.zip to install the missing files allready.
I redownloaded / reinstalled multiple times.
No there are no more log files, just what I posted.

Have you renamed your exilebuddy.exe to something random, like notAbot.exe?

yes, otherwise the errorlog would be something else.

Crashes on startup are typically related to dependency issues or AV/Firewalls. Please see the BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:Missing Dependencies - The Buddy Wiki wiki page and follow that exactly to see if the problem can be resolved.

Most of the time, people fix the issue by uninstalling all their dependencies and clean installing them again. Not sure why that fixes it, but it typically does.
