Why is Keystone upgraded eventhough I ticked to upgrad Gems

I am using R-Rift and I am doing greater rift.
I have noticed that my bot is upgrading Key stones instead of Gems. It is ticked to upgrade Gems in
Quest Tools.

How can I fix it?

Could be that your chance to upgrade is under 60% and you never changed it to upgrade gems that are lower than a 60% chance so

No It is trinity 2.6.x. Is it fixed with new 2.7 and new QT?
