Even though I have entered that HB should buy 20 Rylak Claws in Setting & Tools, it only buys one, which is causing the toon to get in a fight, eat the one Rylak Claw, then head back to buy more, and just buys another one etc etc etc.

Nope, not apart from isBoxer addon, and one that has dependency missing (tradeskillmaster app helper)

Nop, no change, tried it on my lvl 90 paladin, deleted settings, started HB and had set food and drink to buy amount 20, bough 1 pickled pig snout and 1 cobo cola.
