As far as I can remember, for 2.1 it was before the patch and for the end of season 2, just when it ended.

I think both cases are the same mate. And it was 3 days after season closed, and before the start of the new one. (Season 1 ended on feb 3rd, banwave was feb 6th If I remember right.)

So, plenty of time for them to execute us.
