HB working profiles all the way to 85?

i just bought the bot and im pretty confused.

i have to say so far i used pirox bot....

i mean... where are all the working profiles? i can see some 1-20 profiles etc.... wtf?

you actually do publicity advertising that its a 1 click rdy to go bot.... i really dont see anything happening in this bot with one click

to make it short: im sorry if i overlooked all the amazing stuff, please feel free to help me find it(btw most of the beginner guides are dead links).

i bought this bot for the simple premise, that i could level a toon from 1-85 USING QUESTS and not grinding(every bot can grind).

any help appreciated

Anthraxid the above quote is just the tip of the iceberg on these forums when asking for clarification of anything that does not put the bot in a positive light, you have to be careful or you will incur the wrath of the fan-boys. HB can only do a certain types of quests, it cant do quests that require to talk to an NPC or use vehical's. or to inter act with certain game objects. Since cataclysm alot of the quests like these are in the chain of quests of HB cant finish the chains to give you access to the other NPCs that would give available quests. I have made questing profiles for Mount Hyjal, Uldam and Vash these profile will give the questing achievement but you cant afk with them because they require you to stop the bot do the quests HB cant handle then restart the bot again. I will never release these profiles onto the forums because of the attitude of most of the posters on here.

With the advent of custom quest behaviors, it can handle any quest in the game. (Whether or not it does so stably, is a different story) Please do some research before blurting out false claims.

Since Cataclysm changed everything in EK/Kalimdor, the 1-60 profiles are a bit lacking. There has been significant progress in new profiles however.

@OP; writing quest profiles isn't 'easy'. (Just think about the different types of quests there are, and then how many different ways you need to handle them) There are a few very good 60+ quest profiles that you can easily leave AFK to do your leveling. As I said above though, 1-60 is still lacking at the moment, while profiles are being rewritten by the community, and the staff. 1-60 itself is a daunting task, as you mostly need to level by hand, and write the profile as you go, for best results.

I wish I could get ahold of them profiles but I couldn't be more understanding. And yes the bot is advertised as one click but does take a little more work. I mean it has some bugs and there isn't a great amount of profiles but its still one of the best. Once hb is all worked out from ca ta release the thing will be just dl profile upload start and afk

so let me get my facts right:

a) dont anger the fanboys. kk i will try to remember.

b) considering the answers, there are no stable PRE 60 quest profiles, neither any stable profiles for leveling above 80+(maybe at least some 60-80 profiles?)

c) im expected to make my own profiles..... there arent even default profiles (like with every other bot on earth) that will take my character from 1-anywhere.

so basically i paid my money to have access to a bot and i first have to invest something like 2weeks-1 month to learn how the profilemaker works and then make working profiles to level ?

d) there are some serious issues in the "community"

anything else ?

please dont get me wrong, im just trying to understand how it works and comparing to my own experiences with other products

OP I certainly can understand your frustration. I just recently purhcased HB as well to my avail cata dropped a huge bomb on just about any questing profile that was available since ek/kal has been changed due to the cata. To make matters worse most of the old world quests have been updated/changed or completely removed. While I understand the angst I also understand the enormous changes that have been made to the world of warcraft and just like everyone else have to wait until a stable release of hb can be made. It's my understanding the dev's have made leaps and bounds of progress in this department and even have announced flying support in the final release of HB. As for profiles trust me the community will be overflowing with profiles as soon as the final release is made. It is not entirely up to you to make your own profiles. I myself did not buy hb so i can grind my alts to 80 either. But again I must wait for the final product as well. So my friend be patient wait for the final release pick up some grinding profiles and farm volitile's till lvl 85. Having 12 lvl 80s spread across 3 accounts makes this incredibly easy and since volitile air sells for 50g a pop on my server I find it useful at least for now to simply grind out 85. The OP is speaking about the chasm between what is advertised, and what is reality. He is correct across the board, including his assessment of this community. We all know 1-60 isn't one click. Not now, and not ever, so that should be pulled from the HB page outright. Since that page needs to get updated for Cataclysm, you might as well make the claims about HB/GB more realistic, and only put in what it can actually do TODAY, not some lofty claims that may or may not ever be realized. Anything else is false advertising, and anyone with an objective eye will concede that. The fact that one of the devs state that for best results you need to write your own profiles right there should negate having "one click 1-60" in the advertisement for HB.

mordd is working on breakneck questing profiles, it takes a long time to correctly do a questing profile. there are many 1-20's... yes, because they're easy. but after that, then you have to choose zones.

If you would like to contribute, the wiki is full of questing code that you can write, using 100's of hours of coding and troubleshooting, and then you can release this on the boards, for free.

Try using the PvP and Mixed modes and try to learn about Instancebuddy because dungeons give far more xp than anything else

People saying 1-60 is one click not now, not ever is completely untrue, the bot is progressing so its not like we will have crappy unstable profiles forever.

100% agreed. Quest profile writing is extremely tedious and requires a lot of time. Granted there are programs that speed it up you still need to travel to every location get the hotspots build a grinding hot spot make go-to's. And think of it this way if you were to make a profile for 1-85 questing after working for something like 125 hours on it would you release it for free? most people that do make the amazing profiles keep them to themselves or sell them on private sites. And honestly i dont blame them. I am grateful to have people like kick and mordd and all the other profile writers out there to even release there profiles. If i were you i would either:
1. develop your own profiles.
or 2. use the publically released profiles from kick or someone else and wait for a questing profile to come out.

The advertisement of Honorbuddy is misleading so cut the guy some slack; and being an asshole never got anyone anywhere. Don't expect someone to instantly come into the community and know how to have to make a profile themselves, its not instant knowledge.

Just because you try to brown noise 2 well known members doesnt mean they will like what you say lol. Stop trying to impress people with high post counts. BACK ON SUBJECT. Yes it's misleading.......ATM, I understand were your comming from because yes ATM the bot isnt "1 click to 60". But you have to also relize you downloaded a beta(in your defense it should say on main page its in beta stage) But your going to have to bare with the updates. I mean I'm sure you will find a couple QQ posts by me about this bot. But thats only because i get fustrated. But at the same time you have to think there is a reason why me and everyone else that QQ still give bossloand there money and still uses his bots. It's one of the best.
