Which MoP Heroic Dungeons are the Fastest?

Hey there, I'm doing random heroic MoP right now and some dungeons like Siege of Niuzao Temple takes too long to finish and just ain't worth it. So I'm wondering which ones are the fastest?

you can't do the fastest. You can only do heroics once a day, but if you choose a random heroic dungeon, you can do unlimited, but the cost is random. You just have to take the good with the bad, in this case, the slow with the fast. And be careful with those, blizz pretty much has a lock down on mop randoms, get attached to your healer cause hes the only one that'll survive oddly enough
