I recommend you trying Tuanha's CR. Im doing extremely well in both pvp and pve with it (i got premium version tho)

There are several free CR - but if you want quality, then im afraid you have to pay

can second for tuanha's routines, I used to free versions for a while and it was good enough to prompt me to buy his complete package which imo is worth every cent
