Sorry, I did not know there was an option in game to change it to DX9. I thought i just needed DX9 updated on my PC. that may be why other people are still having issues. So everyone reading this with the same issue. You need to go into game Menu while in the game and go to advanced and change it to 9X

try changing wow to dx9 mode, you can do this via your wow graphic options.
