raybee, Thank you very much for the log file. When using HonorBuddy to run a raid/instance using Mr.AutoFight and the Grind bot, you have to wait to press the Start button after you have entered the instance. The problem you encountered was due to the Grind bot not handling the Loading screen which displays upon entrance. This problem does not occur with InstanceBuddy or the PVP bots because they were designed with Loading screens in mind. The Grind bot however wasn't. This won't always cause a problem since it is very timing dependent, but definately can so it is worth waiting to press Start to ensure you don't experience it. Thanks again for the log file. Made it very easy to understand exactly what had occurred in this specific case, Bobby53hi bobby i think this is the right one, sorry im pretty useless with this sort of stuff, hope it helps lol
I'm saying the issue present in the log file submitted was a result of the situation I described in my reply. The type of exception in the log file can occur regardless of which CC you use if you press Start using the Grind bot. There may be something else occurring affecting DPS, but you weren't able to get to that point because of the Loading screen issue. If you post regarding another issue, please be certain to provide a complete debug log file for that occurrence as it would be the result of a different situation.so if i press start within the raid / instance, it will use its optimal dps abilitys correctly? thanks for your help bobby, A+ cc btw.
You can heal/dps in a mode referred to as the Lazy Raider, where you are responsible for moving the Shaman but ShamWOW will be responsible for spell selection and casting. Here are the steps:So, I use mr.autofight because your cc heals a tad better then me.
But I try using RAF mode in a 10 man, and it gives the error Must have a leader etc.
I tried using your other plugin settheleader, and it doesn't seem to help.
What would you suggest I do if I want it to heal in a 10 man.
Gnobiwan, The bot name misled you. Even though you are using the Grind bot, you are running in RAF mode (ShamWOW detects you are in a Raid/Party and a RaFLeader has been assigned by SetTheLeader.) That was why your changes to the Grind tab settings in ShamWOW were ignored. Use the RAF tab to control the behavior in raids/dungeons. As previously mentioned, you should use the Grind bot. Feel free to try the others, but I am only supporting the steps mentioned above currently for this type of setup. Let me know how it goes, Bobby53I have been testing the Combat/Heal bot and it works well.
Grind bot blows all my cooldowns and I get yelled at. No matter what i put the stressful to.
But it seems the Combat/Heal is working
jaziq, Please be sure to attach a complete debug log file for any issue or criticism posted. This wasn't a problem pre-Cata, because Healing Wave healed for more. Healing to a point that was one Healing Wave above the Resting Health worked well in terms of balancing quick health regen vs. mana consumption. In other words, it does no good to heal to 100% and take your mana below the Rest Mana % so you end up having to sit and drink anyway. There does appear to be an error as well in that it is only healing to the Combat Health % and not the Resting Health % (which should be higher.) I'll include that correction in the next release. If you meant something different, be sure to attach a log file with your post as described in the ShamWOW CC Frequently Asked Questions (Post #2) [CLICK HERE]. Thanks for the post, Bobby53Is it possible for this cc to heal up to 100 or 99% when out of combat and when in combat start healing when you get low oon hp? This way we could start with full hp and cast as much as possible while in combat, just until our hp drops dangerously low. Now it just heals up to 50%, pulls mob, casts one lightning bolt and has to heal again..
jaziq, Thank you very much for the log files. You'll want to report your crash to the HonorBuddy Dev Team by going to the Releases forum [CLICK HERE] and following the steps for the current HonorBuddy release. posted. It describes accessing the Buddy BugTracker and the steps to follow.Nevermind the healing proble, I just didnt notice there was "rest HP" setting. Anyway, my bot crashed a while ago and I have no clue why, log attached.
Does this know how to correctly use unleashed elements yet?
Does this know how to correctly use unleashed elements yet?
New release also contains some changes to the Enhancement rotation to coincide with updates to the EJ article. Doing final testing now. Will be posting new release today.
Thanks for the post Klovnene. All casting priorities for ShamWOW come from the Elitist Jerks (EJ) website. The PVE priority order for Enhancements comes from the Priority Queue section of their Enhancement Shaman page [CLICK HERE]. Note that what you describe differs in that you have SS prioritized higher than LL and don't mention MW. If you have questions or criticisms of the EJ priority, you'll want to post on their thread. An allowance is made to handle pulling as that isn't a function covered by a Shaman in raid so won't be on the EJ site. ShamWOW supports several Pull Types and for the Fast Pull (default) it will cast UE if trained and not on cooldown. From there the rest of the priority order is applied. Thanks again for the post and look for the new release shortly, Bobby53I know unleashe elements (UE) is a very discussed subject, and i just wanted to point out my opinion on how to use it.
What i do is: At range, cast UE, then FlameShock then SS and LL, ES and repeat. thats my way to get max dps, always make sure FS is up, and SS ofc. The LL Cooldown is perfect for collecting 5x LL buff from totem. So popping it everytime the Cooldown is off is max dps. I always make sure to have cooldown on everything while fighting.-Klovnene
