Does this bot handle Crew Skills?

I'm looking for a bot that can handle sending out companions on crew skill missions. Such as Slicing, Investigation, etc... is this bot capable of selecting a particular type of mission aka Rich and then selecting a specific companion to use to send them out on?

+1 to this question. Is this technically impossible or just very hard to do? Is it possible to do with plugins?
