How does TPS affect DPS

So I'm using TuanHa hunter and enyo right now i have enyo set at 30tps but i've noticed in HB it says set from 15-100. I just want to get the most DPS i can get out of HB for raiding

Ah so its latency? i thought i read someone saying it was linked to your FPS. So since i usually have around 15MS 15 TPS will increase the actions i perform?
