Installation problems:

Hi there,

I just bought a brand new computer and purchased honorbuddy.

I tried to install it directly from the exe file but it was keep being stuck on initializing. Then I downloaded the zip file and tried to install it but got authentication failed. I read at the forums and tried to run buddy wizard but it crushed in the middle. Then I tried to run vcredist_x86 but guess what, it also stuck on initializing.

HELP PLEASE!

As I wrote before, I am getting error message while trying to run it. it doesnt help as well......

"BuddyWizard.exe has stopped working...
