cant log in help!

i was playing on my laptop and loged in just fine but i bought a new decktop now i cant log in help >"<

i cant copy the log just says Max Sessions and Authentication failed.
 
i followed up to the steps 3 but there is no which alrdy in the advanced but there is no icon or link to upload
 
remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
 
i searched my pc but couldnt find the first 1 on the list microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended

If you can't find it, you probably dont have it. Now just install the attachment that Tony's linked above and it should work fine.
 
aight i reinstall my pc and removed
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable
but when i tried to install the installationwizard wont run cuz it says i alrdy have .4 net install

when i went search my pc there is 2 folder and bouch files with same name which one should i remove??
 
dont delete the folders from your drive only via dd/remove programs (control panel)
 
ok after few tried of install and redownlaoding the files + few thread i read i got it going, ty for yall helps and sorry been a noob
