Trinity gone missing after latest update

Hi, trinity gone missing after the latest update,help pls.

fresh install fixed it for me

Did u update Db with the fresh install ? tried the fresh install but to no avail

Uninstalled through control panel then fresh install fixed it (although I did have to download profiles and set up Trinity settings again)

did u update DB as well ? i cant seem to get it done updating Db, currently using it without the update

be sure to clean install trinity: delete trinity folder, extract new one and clear db/CompiledAssemblies

this should always be done for every plugin upgrade. If you don't and the new version has removed files you can get some files in the folder that are orphans from the previous version that aren't supposed to be there. Who cares right? well DB auto-compiles every file in the folder when you start the application, so DB tries to merge the new version and the orphan files together and it blows up.

That's why it would be good to say so in release notes, as these things aren't obvious for those not familiar with programming, but then again that would only help if people actually read the notes...I dont miss being front end dev
