Changed "MinEnergyReserve" for DH's from 70 to 20... Anyone know why it was @ 70 hatred with M6?

GetItemFromStashTag: Rift Keys will now be retrieved from stash by the smallest stack first
QTOpenRiftWrapper tag will now exit if a greater rift is detected (used only detect normal rift portal)
Changed defaults of CompleteGreaterRiftTag. Minimum gem/rift delta is now -7 (was -15, causing stucks).
Additional logging for Discarded BotBehaviorQueue items
