root element missing

like topic says, when i try to login i get root element missing.

Whats this..., cant make a fresh hb install either beacuse there is no on download page

I am also getting "root element missing" when i try and log into HB, I have also tried to reinstall HB, when i get home i will try and forward the file.
looking thru and searching here in forums i do not see this coming up. can you tell me what i might need to do?

i reinstalled it and then it worked for me
