Greeting,

I can log in HB successfully, it is working fine! however, few mins (or maybe 30 mins) later, HB shuts down automatically.

My log files attached, pls help me to fix it, thanks in adv.

p.s log shows session invalid, and HB shuts down in 20 seconds, what happened?

I bought 1 session 2 yrs ago, shouldnt expired, before that, it works pefectly, even I tried to using singular, still pop up session invalid...so weird...

any firewall/antivirus enabled?

are you on a wireless network?

Auth session invalid usually stems from network connection issues between you and the buddyauth servers. make sure your not running any applications or anything that could be bogging down your connection or causing issues.

thx, but the problem never happened before, actually, just these days frequently closed automatically. Any more suggestions to me?

you can make sure port 5031 is open on your local machine and your home router and that you dont have a firewall or app blocking access or sucking down so much bandwidth where it causes other things to have connectivity problems.
