Unknown Glyph Version?

When I try launching my accounts through the Archebuddy account manager I get this message. Haven't been on in about a month, maybe something has changed. anything I need to do to get this to work?


(Account): Starting account:
(Account): Unknown Glyph version.

Hello,

I use to have no problems using archebuddy about 2 months ago when I was playing. I took a break and now I am unable to get it to work.

First, if I try to start my Archeage account through Archebuddy, it says: (Email): Starting account:
(Email): Unknown Glyph version.
and that's it. Doesn't launch the game.

So then I opened Glyph and started Archeage myself, was able to get into the game and everything just fine, no issues (without Archebuddy running).
But when I open archebuddy with the game already launched archeage immediately exits out and forwards me to the hackshield website! (https://trionworlds.zendesk.com/hc/e...cles/204422847)

Any idea how I should fix this? I haven't played in awhile so I figure I might have missed something to get this working...

Also, another thing I tried was starting Archebuddy and starting glyph so both are running, THEN launching Archeage. When I tried that, AA did not launch and AB gave me this message:

9:36:13 PM: Game Client detected
9:36:14 PM: Unknown HackShield version.
9:36:14 PM: Authentication success! Checking for store products. This may take a while.
9:36:16 PM: Done. Receive info about 3 buddy store plugins.

9:36:17 PM: Inject failed. Code -13.
 
-13 is usually permission denied. Run AB as admin see it it work. Also if you see inject failed, kill archeage to avoid hackshield flagging you.

Yeah I tried doing AB as admin, no difference :/

When the inject failed message comes up archeage the game closes it self.

Tried running everything as admin, tried restarting computer.. not sure what else to do.

Should I just delete and re-download and install everything?

Well, no matter what I try I cannot get AA and AB running at the same time. If AA is already open when I start up AB, AA will close out and forward me to the hackshield website. If I try to start AA through AB, the client never opens.

So far I tried updating hackshield, and re-installing glyph. Turned off the windows firewall. All I can think of now is to delete EVERYTHING and hope it works when I download again. So, time to reinstall Archeage, Archebuddy, and glyph.

I would much appreciate any ideas. Thank you.

Try changing the injection method in AB settings. And never ever start AB while AA is running. Thats asking for a ban.
 
Try launch once your ArcheAge without ArcheBuddy.
Also did you use proxy when you try launch AA from AB Account Manager?

I'm having the same problem. I can launch ArcheAge without ArcheBuddy and just not have the bot running. If I try to get it to inject whether it's by launching AA myself or by using the account manager, no bueno. I do not use a proxy.

I have opend AA normaly without any problems, but still does not work when i try to start it with archebuddy. I do not use any proxy
 
Same problem here.
I've been using it for more than a week.
Had to reinstall and it just gives me this message now.
 
It seems that the problem is most likely created by new installs then, there is probably an error in one of the files of the recent update. I am getting Client initialization timeout on my laptop now, so one computer plain stopped working and two have broke since the update, I am down to one Archebuddy bot currently on my main computer (this one) the rest are breaking on me for various different reasons.

I have tried everything even reinstall in safe mode... i have no idea what to do, i have used archebuddy for months, this is the first time i encounter such a problem, any fix?
 
Try with latest AB version and send me AB logs as zip archive

Is it possible you can extend our trial periods since the bot was just fixed for us?
 
I cant. I havent access to payment\keys system :(
