if you want to be safe try 3days w/o botting, and when botting make sure you dont get stuck, youll gonna get ban once a gm patrolling the area sees your toon stuck on something reporting will only make a gm investigate your toon so not botting for 3 days will make sure when the gm investigate your toon he wont find anything.

just tell him you reported him for botting too because generally speaking only botters will recognize other botters unless blatantly obvious stuff like stucks , jumping etc.

note(mods)// i dont report anyone, especially other botters :D

no need to panic.. ive been botting same account since tbc and reported alot.. not saying that u cant get banned but what i mean is.. just because u got reported doesnt mean its the end of the account

Blizzard receives thousands if not tens of thousands of reports per day across all of its realms, you most likely will not get banned. If you've been botting safely (10 hours~ per day) you'll be fine.

Think of it this way; if blizzard bans all of their botters, they would loose hundreds of thousands of dollars of money, if not millions!

You'll be okay!

just get the addon badboy and u wont recieve anymore message

Think of it this way; if blizzard regularly bans a percentage of its botters, they buy new accounts, which results in even more income!

what you've said is very correct!

This is more true for botters trying to make profit.

IDK about anyone else, but if honorbuddy disappeared without a good alternative or i finally got banned, I wouldn't even bother with this game anymore.

Ty all for the answer!

That's what i go do, thks!

If you reduce your activity and the person is on the same server imo that raises more suspicion that your botting, just keep doing your thing if your worried about being banned then spend time at your computer watching a film and flick back and fourth, create a seperate chat window that will funnel whispers and battlenet whispers, I have most of my guild on my bnet account and if I take time to reply to their whisper, I just apologize and tell them that I am dual screening and I have WoW on the smaller screen.

like others have said its generally botters that can spot other botters, so you have nothing to worry about, it takes about 3 days for a reply from a report anyway your in the clear.

(unless its someone who desperately despises bots because they have to give up their life for wow, they'll easily wait the time limit just to talk to a gm)

the shitty thing is that there are botters out there that are that god dam greedy they will report you. With all the new ways to make gold that are so dam easy you will see alot less fellow botters reporting but they still are out there and they still do it so be carful and only bot in places where there are low chances of running into other botters maybe a med pop server. AVOID THOSE HIGH POP SERVERS THEY ARE LOADED with botters.

After 8 years of botting, the term still holds true.

It's a dog eat dog world out there.

This goes for any competition anywhere. Expect it to happen everywhere. Not just in botting :)
