[West] Taking requests for Western Trade run route creations

Hello,

I've been making some trade routes with GPS editor for myself, and I have decided to offer my services for free. Let me know of what Western route you would like, and I will create one for you.

I HIGHLY suggest that after you request, and I create it for you, that you first test the route to make sure that it works as you expect/want. I'm doing this for free, and I am not necessarily going to edit and test each route 10 times over to make sure it's completely safe. I am merely providing a free service to help those who are having troubles getting started (If you request a "safe" route that would take a reasonable amount of time, then I will however charge something for my services, depending on what type of route you are asking me to create).

I will PM the routes to you, and I will take tips/donations to pay for my coffee that I drink while doing this :P

May I request a route for cart/hauler from Two Crowns to Gweonid?
 
Sure thing, I actually do Gweonid to Two Crowns, so I can make that up for you. I'll just modify the point names and change the route in Two Crowns. I'll pm you the .zip file once I complete it. If you also want the Gweonid to Two Crowns that I've already made, just let me know and I can include that as well.
 
Two Crowns to Gweonid has been sent out to MinisterOfNoise and Symerith. If either of you have any problems or questions running the route, please let me know here or by a PM :D
 
Testing :)

Other than the start, so far everything seems VERY good.

I am currently using Traderunner and not LPT, which I think you are using - But they seem completeyl compatible, I still have to work out the "Vehicle Spawn Rotation", currently it seems to spawn the farm cart BEHIND the workstation?

Also, having HUGE problems where the Hauler (In my case) seems to station itself RIGHT of the waypoints, and not in the middle, but it happens on both Traderunner and LPT with my own and downloaded routes, seems like the GPS might misalign the Co-ords - It gives me a few "Stuck" in trees etc. But I can see how YOUR route goes, and it is perfect - Now just to solve my own weird problems :)
 
Can I plz also have the 2C -> Gweo route? Frankly, never really used the plugin properly, because it was a real pain, to someone without much practice, to make such routes.

Yeah, I'm using LPT. I don't run this with a farm hauler, I just use a cart on an alt at the moment. I honestly try to keep my main away from all botting, except of course the money it makes.

Yeah, that place as I mentioned is difficult to manage the spawn point due to the small amount of space between the workstation and the property that's placed in front of it (In my case there's a townhouse there). The spawn point is in the open space, but where the cart/hauler actually spawns is of course not right on that spot. Try editting the route and moving the spawn point around a bit. A lot of my process of getting my own routes to work is by process of testing small changes over and over again.

As far as the tree thing goes, sometimes you just need to move your route a tinny bit to the right/left of where you are. Whenever you run your packs, if your route gives you small errors like that, then open your gps editor.exe, open the route, and then open the plugin gps.dll in AB. Now you'll be able to see your location in GPS Editor, and exactly where you're getting stuck. Then just adjust the route slightly and restart the plugin. When you start/stop the traderunner and LPT plugins, they will recognize where you are and pick up from where you stopped it at.

No, this is not a "I was first ... bla bla bla" - But please remember to monitor your bot once in awhile - The 2C-Gweo route become CROWDED the last 24 hours, there is a regular clusterfuck of stuck bots at the Workstation in 2C atm. on my server and a GM was just in Faction chat and given a "Heads up" by other players.

Yeah, this has happened to me as well. Because of the Anti-collision mechanics in the plugins, you'll end up just sitting there waiting for other people to move, but they wont if they're running the same anti-collision mechanic as well lol. I always try to monitor mine. Whenever it's busy I just load up my cart manually, get away from the clusterfuck, and then turn the plugin back on.

Sorry, was inactive for a bit there. Gweo to Solz has been sent to dmoss, and boba, there's a private message for you about your request. I'm still open to make some routes. If you want a route that was already previously explained in this thread then just let me know. Be aware that in housing areas of different servers, there are obstacles in places where thre isnt obstacles for me. Knowledge of how to appropriately edit these small sections of the route are necessary (in this case, it's just the gweonid workstation area).
 
hey mate, wouldnt mind to get the roads too...especially the ones with gweonid to 2c and vice versa and the one to solzreed. Cheers in advance.

Would love routes to esp solz and gweon to 2 crowns and vice versa if possible.

I will probably edit them so there not same as everyones but i mostly want them for the part at workstations ie rotations etc.
