FPS drops on every combat

Hello after a new uptade - (try clear install too and zip) honorbuddy drop my FPS dramatically. 1fps after 30 minutes. I try diferent routines and combat and Questing and bgs .. etc .. the same problem everywhere ..

I did it is better but again i have low FPS no at 1-5 but drops at 10-15(at Questing - Grind) at bgs have the same problem. Sometimes close WOW too.
