honor buddy wont start

Please help i just bought honor buddy and it will not let me put my key in it doesnt and hasnt shown up anywhere i can login i have photos i can show you but this hb files log you want me to find is nonexistent i just want to get this done so i can sleep lol

their is no log folder in their

if the screenshots are correct, there is a log being generated.

clear your log folder, reproduce the issue and upload the newly created log file.

download and install this.

after your done restart your pc.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.
