Blizzard dont want to accept payment from my paypal....

I dont know why but blizzard keeps cancelling my order,I use the paypal account alot of time purchasing battlechest but for no reason blizzard seems to reject my payment even for a single purchase..any reason for this?any advice will be much appreciated.

IP Address has nothing to do with and even if it does, it could be EASILY changed. You should try using a different Paypal account. Or just use your card?

What I do know is that their system automatically flags an Paypal account when they buy too many keys in a small period of time. Or when there are too many charge backs.
Mine got flagged too and I contacted Blizz over web chat and i told them i was using those keys to resell them after their promotion would end. They removed the blockade from my paypal and told me not to buy too many keys at once.

IPs frequently change. especially if you are using a Dynamic IP isp such as Cable. Mine changes if my modem is off for more than 3 hours.

This is very true. Ive had 2 paypal accounts blocked in EU after I did some paypal chargebacks. I can still buy in US though. They hate me in EU though.

As DRaGoNo already mentioned you, Blizzard have soft cap for accounts, paid with the same payment method in short time window.

If you are usually buying a lot of accounts, then distribute them amongst two or more payment methods. You could buy Virtual Visas, get more than one Paypal accounts, if they are registered under your relatives at home: Parents, brothers/sisters, wife, kids etc.

Keep in mind, that CC name it not requested to match the bnet account name, but it HAVE to match the account holder name in the payment details in battlenet account management, if you pay with CC.

I seems to agree with you cause when I register to blizzard I use alot of fake names and just use one paypal account to purchase the battle chest...I think what happened to me is when I bought 5 accounts within 1 hour time frame,that must have triggered the flags on my paypal account.

They regularly flag paypals being used for multiple accounts. Just call in and tell them its actually you and they'll unlock it. Steam does the same thing. It's annoying to people who have multiple accounts. WoW actually flagged my credit card too at something like 20 accounts at one point and I had to call in and email a picture of a photo id.
